GT Freestyle 101

Got some new classic BMX eye candy on display at the shop.. We swap em out every month or so to give the old guys a flashback and the new kids a history lesson..

First up is the 1984 GT Pro Performer - This is the OG Grand daddy of GT freestyle.. The first year out. Inspired by Eddie Fiola's "Flying Banana" build.

Next up is the 1985/86 GT World Tour - This one is inspired by the opening credits of the movie RAD.. If you look closely this bike has a lil cameo up in there.

Both bikes are on display at the shop for the next month. These OG bikes are meticulously built up just like classic cars, plenty of money sure, but more importantly is the time and care they put into them. Truly BUILT NOT BOUGHT.
